Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Unser Tiny House eignet sich perfekt: - für Liebhaber von minimalistischem Design - für Fluggäste des Memminger Airports - für Durchreisende (gelegen am Autobahnkreuz A96 und A7) - für Gäste, die das schöne Unterallgäu kennenlernen möchten (z. B. Memmingen oder die Basilika in Ottobeuren) - als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesaufläge in der Region z.B. Skyline-Park (30 km), Kempten (Allgäu) (45 km), Lindau am Bodensee (75 km), Legoland (80 km) oder Schloss Neuschwanstein (87 km)

Mi casa es tu casa. Mein Zuhause steht auch Dir für den kurzen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Meine Wohnung wurde 2024 bezogen, im Mai 2026 gab es noch wegen dem Schall eine weitere Baumasssnahme, wodurch das Problem behoben wurde. Die Wohnung ist überaus geräumig und in einer versteckten Lage mitten im Ortskern von Ungerhausen. Dadurch perfekte Nähe zum Airport und an der Strasse gibt es direkt eine Bushaltestelle dorthin. Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Very cozy and charming attic apartment with approx. 70 m². 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen/living area and 1 bathroom. Bus station right in front of the house. 5 minutes' drive to Memmingen. Allgäu Airport can be reached in a few minutes by bus or car! The mountains are also a short drive away by car or train! Ungerhausen is located near the A7 and A96, about 10 km east of Memmingen.
