Beautiful S. University Apartment

Stay in this beautiful South University apartment. The location is fabulous- charming neighborhood with street parking. Only five blocks from the University of Oregon, we’re located on the bike path. Close to restaurants, shops, and downtown. Very clean and light, this apartment includes a master bedroom with a new queen bed and bedding, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, large living room with flat screen TV, DVD, cable and high speed Wi-Fi. Large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home – full stove/oven, refrigerator, new dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher and dining room. The apartment has a private outside stairway entrance and its own small deck and adirondack chairs. Bright and airy with high ceilings, the apartment has a loft overlooking the living room that has additional double futon bed for additional guests. Includes stacked washer/dryer. Children welcome. So many great restaurants within walking distance! The apartment is one block away from Sundance natural food market, Humble Bagel, Humble Beagle Pub, Allan Bros. Coffee, an Indian restaurant and burrito shop. Also within walking distance of 19th St. McMenamin’s Pub, Prince Puckler’s ice cream, Eugene City Bakery, Bepe & Gianni’s Italian Restaurant, Agate Alley and Studio One Café. Amazon running/biking trails and public pool are all just blocks away. Bicycle rental nearby. The apartment is above a large Craftsman style house- which is where we, your hosts, live. We are available at all times, but respect your privacy. The apartment is a self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time. PAYMENT by airbnb website service prior to arrival. CLEANING FEE - $40 cash pays for cleaning of loft prior to your arrival. PARKING – street parking available. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have parking pass ready free of charge. A place to go to get away.

This space is cleaned according to Covid Cleaning Protocols. You're in walking/biking distance to Univ. of Oregon and downtown Eugene. Less than one block south from Lane County Fairgrounds which is the Park and Ride for U of O games. Enjoy what outdoor/cultural activities that Eugene has to offer while staying in a cozy studio. You have off street parking and your own entrance. Sorry no 3rd party bookings (your reservation will be cancelled) or animals allowed.

Lovely historic upstairs apartment with character

As guests, you will have the entire upstairs of our historic Arts and Crafts-style bungalow to yourselves, approximately 800sq feet. The front door is shared with the hosts and the stairs to the apartment are within two steps of entering the house. The upstairs apartment has its own locked door and guests will have keys to the front door as well as the apartment. This is not handicapped accessible and involves a flight of stairs to the second floor.

This unusual space is located in the basement of the Riverpath Inn. It has a Private entrance, Queen size bed, Work desk, Mini frig, Coffee & Tea station. It also has a Toilet, Sink, Shower and Sauna. Because of the rustic charm of this historic house, the floors overhead can be squeaky and guests can be heard walking over head. As a courtesy, we provide ear plugs, and a fan to help compensate.
