Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The Rauchenbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own Baroque garden, which was first mentioned by name in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French Emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.
