Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Fantastic family vacation at Lake Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking Lake Walchsee and the Kaiser Mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

Entire house in the vacation region of Reit im Winkel

The apartment is close to Reit im Winkel and the Steinplatte ski resort (10 min.). The accommodation is simple but well-maintained, in a very nice quiet location. It is suitable for sports-loving guests, even with children, and offers a total of space for 11 guests (2 double beds, 5 single beds, 1 baby bed, 2 sofa beds). Cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. You have a wonderful panorama of the Rechenberg. Directly from the house there are beautiful summer and winter hiking trails.

Small, fine apartment for 1 - 2 people in a quiet location and walking distance only 15/20 minutes to the village center of Walchsee. Rural idyll in summer swimming in the Walchsee and countless hikes or mountain biking in the beautiful Kaiserwinkl, as well as ski touring, skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. Nice small apartment with everything you need for a pleasant living experience: in the hallway a large closet wall for suitcases and clothes, spacious bathroom with shower, new kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove, living-bedroom with carpenter table and corner bench, large bed and TV.
