🌻 Enjoy your time at our brand new, quiet, and centrally located home. 🌻 Beautiful apartment in a new building. Equipped with everything you need, you can safely enjoy your valuable time here. Our apartment is located in Grassau within walking distance of the town center as well as the beautiful golf course and its surrounding nature. There is bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The nearest train stations are Bernau and Overseas. We can't wait to see you soon!

Vacation home for 1-7 people, 3 bedrooms, 100 m²

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the full wood doors, were restored and reused. With lots of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created, reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair use and the disabled. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

Ein kleiner Eingang öffnet sich zu diesem modernen und neu eingerichteten Einzelzimmer. Das Zimmer erstreckt sich über 15 m² und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf eine malerische Bergkulisse. Der Bereich verfügt auch über einen Fernseher und einen Schreibtisch mit einem gemütlichen Sessel für Gäste, die einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit der Firma oder ein gutes Buch genießen oder ein wenig Arbeit erledigen möchten.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer 73 qm großen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Südost-Balkon im Chiemgau! Sie liegt in Niedernfels, einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Marquartstein. Ins Ortszentrum sind es ca. 1,5 km, zum kleinen Badesee bei Grassau 3 km, zum Chiemsee rund 15 km. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Der Chiemgau ist aber auch ein Paradies für Radtouren. Familien lockt der nahe Märchenpark zu einem Besuch.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

With its attention to detail, it invites you to relax after strenuous mountain tours or days of skiing. A wide variety of leisure activities such as cross-country skiing, cycling or mountain hiking can be enjoyed directly from here.
