Modern apartment with fantastic views, a fully equipped kitchenette, large double bed (1.80 x 2.00), TV armchair, dining table overlooking the countryside and balcony in a very well-kept holiday village, ideal for 2 people. Between the forest and the lake, right on the golf course, the apartment is perfect for relaxing days surrounded by nature. Our cozy apartment is surrounded by nature, framed by fields on the beautiful river "Naab". It has its own entrance and a nice outdoor area for relaxing and dining with a view of the cliffs. Your own parking place is available. On hot days, you can swim wonderfully in the Naab. From here you can go on beautiful hikes, bike/boat tours and excursions in the area. The center of Regensburg is easily accessible by bike on bike paths (6 km) and in 15 minutes by car.

Welcome to our luxurious 100-square-metre holiday apartment with a private hot tub! The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.

You can enjoy yourself in 55 square meters of living space and relax in the covered wellness area with its own sauna, relaxation room and private hot tub.
