Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ca.12km nördlich von Regensburg und dennoch ruhig an einem Flussbett liegend, nahe am historischen Dorfkern Ramspau. Der besonders schöne Ortsteil von Regenstauf wurde 2004 zum "Golddorf" prämiert, eines der schönsten Dörfer Bayerns. Ideale Ausgangslage für Wandern, Mountainbike, Kanufahren, SUP oder Angeln am Regen oder gutes Essen im Biergarten.

The house with a living area of about 240 square meters is located directly on the Danube and on the Danube Cycling Trail Ulm - Vienna in a 3,000 square meter property in the middle of a protected landscape area. In a 250 sqm terrace-shaped former beer garden with barbecue area, old chestnuts and linden trees provide natural shade.

A lovingly furnished bungalow invites you to an unforgettable vacation. The Murner See about 300 m, as well as the directly adjacent Brückelsee with private sandy shore offer many leisure opportunities. The hot tub in front of the terrace can be booked for an extra charge of € 30.00 per night but at least € 90.00. The mini golf course, the campsite and the restaurant Villa Seerano, as well as the GoKart track only 1 km away are our main attraction in the Wackersdorf holiday area.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.
