Vacation rentals in Upper Port La Tour

Shawn responded fast and clear about the instructions. People in Shelburne were nice. Nice and spacious bedrooms and beds. Would recommend if you’re doing a road trip in the area with a group.

We absolutely loved the closed in deck where we sat and watched the sunset and birds playing in the tides. Great that the washer and dryer was there and worked wonderfully. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and even wine glasses!

This spot is in a beautiful, peaceful location. We wanted just to relax and be by the ocean. We were able to do both and the trip to town was just minutes by car. The home was very clean and well stocked with dishes, etc. When we had an issue with the internet the host responded immediately. The back deck was such a gem( I wish the weather had cooperated more) and the hot tub lets you look out over the water as you soak. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend a visit here. I certainly hope to return myself in the near future.

Such a sweet little spot! Perfect little dog-friendly accommodation, perfectly stocked with everything you could need. It was a cold weekend and the cottage was very warm and cozy. Cottage was extremely clean and very thoughtfully decorated. There is no tv or microwave (fyi) which was fine, but wanted to note that here for readers. Beautiful linens everywhere. Thank you! Wonderful value.

We had a fantastic time. The place was situated right on the shore where you hear surf pounding, watch fishing boats come and go. From the well appointed kitchen to the immaculately kept rooms this place was perfect for a cozy get away. The grounds have a gentle slope with a few layers including a fire pit and an additional seating area just above the shore line.

Carla’s places is absolutely stunning, wish we could’ve enjoyed it longer. The only issue we had was trying to get a hold of Carla to get the keys once we arrived off the ferry, but once we did there were no other issues. She was even sweet enough to leave us flowers and a bottle of wine for our wait. I highly recommend staying here.

Another great stay at one of our favourite spots that feels like home away from home. We love watching the sunrise over the salt marsh in the morning and watching the sunset over the beach in the evening. We had a mini snow storm on our first night but the shanty is super cozy and we felt very snug. We keep coming back to this place because it is truly paradise!

Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. The host went out of her way to make us feel very welcomed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The cottage has a nice open concept.

We loved our little weekend getaway! Beautiful spot, definitely a must stay! We didn’t have propane for the bbq, but Pat was quick to respond to assist with the issue! We especially loved the kitties that roamed the grounds :) Can’t wait to stay again!
