Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

This is the perfect apartment to rent for a weekend in Sweden’s oldest and most picturesque town, Sigtuna. The apartment is newly renovated, modern, and spacious. It's located near the boardwalk, and it is within walking distance from the local lake (a known swimming area). It’s only a 15 min walk from the city center where you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shopping. It is only a 40 min drive to the capital Stockholm, and 20 min. to the airport Arlanda!

Private entrance and a veranda for evening dinners. This is a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. With us at Blänkebo Gård, you will stay in the countryside in Sweden's nearest city with proximity to a lot, but it is also excellent to just relax. The cottage is newly renovated but with preserved old charm and there is both underfloor heating and a wood stove for cozy cooking during the cold season. Outdoors, there is plenty of room for play and movement.
