The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the porch. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit at sunset and look out at the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything that you need for a stay. Wifi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small amount. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike lanes, or you take the bus, from the bus stop that is within 200 meters. During the summer we have the sale of vegetables.

Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

By car: 2 minutes to E4 drive, 5min to Vattholma and commuter train station with connections to Gävle, Uppsala and Stockholm. 15min to Gränby city center. Proximity to hiking trail, medieval churches and Salsta Castle. 20 min into Uppsala. Double bed, sofa bed and possibility of an extra bed. Private deck, access to common patio.

Near you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the range of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake view. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.
