Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

The house is a completely renovated croft from the 17th century with much preserved charm combined with all modern comforts. The house is surrounded by an open landscape with meadows and fields with cows. The forest is just around the corner. You can take an evening dip in one of the three bathing lakes that you go to in less than ten minutes. Child-friendly with trampoline, slide, travel cot and high chair. A separate apartment in a larger house from the beginning of the 20th century with old-fashioned charm. There are in total five vacation apartments. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. Bikes, rowboat, canoe, kids woodworking. If you look for a quiet, relaxing holiday with space, gardens and nature, this is the place for you!

With us at Blänkebo Gård, you will stay in the countryside in Sweden's nearest city with proximity to a lot, but it is also excellent to just relax. The cottage is newly renovated but with preserved old charm and there is both underfloor heating and a wood stove for cozy cooking during the cold season. Outdoors, there is plenty of room for play and movement.
