Beachfront vacation rentals in Urb Plenomar

Es la segunda vez que me hospedó en el apartamento de Pablo y cada vez más me alegra haber encontrado este inmueble. simplemente todo mágico.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this adorable little beach shack purched high up on the hill with the most spectacular views over the bay. Ramon was a terrific host, proactive, helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The place itself is extremely private, with amazing views, a delightful little personal pool, a comfortable bed and pillows, a well stocked kitchen, and a great outdoor bathroom. Internet was strong and never failed, nor did the a.c. keeping the place nice and cool on some scorching hot days. All and all a top notch experience that exceeded my expectations. Would certainly love to return some day.

Nos encantó el lugar a mi familia y a mi, muy limpio, tranquilo, con acceso fácil a las zonas húmedas y a la playa . Me llamo mucho la atención de la excelente seguridad que tiene, lo súper recomiendo. Y muy querida la señora Luz tanto la dueña como la señora que nos entregó el apartamento.

Oswaldo y Adriana son espectaculares hosts, muy amigables. El apartamento es espectacular, muy bien mantenido, nada roto, ni dañado, todo impecable y funcional, excelente decoración, con extras muy buenos como café, azúcar, aceite, vinagre, sal, minibar, sillas de playa, todo genial… es como si tuvieran claro lo que un huésped desea encontrar en un apartamento rentado. Volvería mil veces. Recomendadísimo!

Una casa para desconectarse completamente, no hay señal de celular y el Internet tuvo fallas pero lo solucionaron rápidamente. Las personas que cocinan y están pendientes de la casa hace de la estadía una experiencia única. Tiene playa privada y la casa es muy linda . La llegada y salida no estadía fácil pero tienen a una persona que te recoge y te lleva sin problema así que todo fue espectacular! Mis amigas y yo Volveríamos mil veces!

We stayed at this apartment for a month, and while the building itself is fantastic—with a great pool, jacuzzis, security, and a prime location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants—the apartment is better suited for short stays (up to 4 days). The main drawbacks were the lack of proper air conditioning (only a weak unit in the bedroom making it hard to cool the living area), an uncomfortable bed, and a poorly equipped kitchen, which only allowed for very basic meal prep. There were also some missing essentials. The balcony had a beautiful mountain view but faced a busy street, making it a bit noicy. The lack of a dining table inside made eating at home inconvenient. While there was an outdoor table on the balcony, the heat, traffic noise, and the dust didn’t make it an appealing dining spot. On the positive side, the host was incredibly kind, always responsive, and genuinely tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. His hospitality was a highlight of our experience.

Manuel fue un anfitrión excepcional, siempre pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento es sumamente cómodo, moderno y muy limpio, lo cual hizo nuestra experiencia aún más agradable. Viajamos con un bebé y nos sorprendió gratamente encontrar todo lo necesario para asegurarnos de que estuviera cómodo y seguro. Además, el conjunto residencial es increíble, con todas las comodidades que uno podría desear. Sin duda, volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%

Muy lindo el apartamento y bien dotado. buena ubicación y sobre todo con una áreas sociales 1A, grandes espaciosas y bien mantenidas. La seguridad del Conjunto es excelente, siempre hay guardas en todos los espacios de tránsito y personas prestas a ayudar con cualquier información. El sistema de uso de las amenidades comunales es ideal con reserva, hay orden y claridad con las normas de convivencia y uso de las zonas compartidas. Cuenta con parqueadero privado, por si llevas aoutomóvil y un dato lindo es que en Recepción cuentas siempre con tinto y agua para los aisitentes y además en nuestro caso particular, tuvimos que hacer uso del área de coworking, para un tema laboral en esos días y fue muy apropiado y cómodo. Si te gusta ver el atardecer, en el balcón tienes una vista espectacular para observar el mar en todo su esplendor.

Excelente opción para pasar unos días en Santa Marta. El apto es tal cual como es las fotos, está como nuevo. La limpieza es impecable, buenas camas y las zonas comunes del lugar son increíbles.

Lorena was a great host. She was always responsive and the apartment was perfect. Loved the view of the ocean and wrap around deck. We were visiting for a wedding so having the Marriot steps away from the apartment building was a huge plus as many people from the wedding were staying there. Although we were not guests at the Marriot we were able to enjoy the breakfast and lunch at an additional cost. Fernandez at the front desk was so sweet and incredibly helpful with arranging taxis as well as providing recommendations in the area and what the appropriate prices were for taxi's. Would definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Santa Marta. Other Notes: -Plaza Zazue is only a 5 min drive and has a supermarket so you can stock the kitchen. -The city center is about a 20min car ride

La maison est spacieuse, propre et agréable. La plage est à quelques pas. Le condominium et le service sont très bons. Ils nettoient la piscine quotidiennement et installent une tente sur la plage du condominium. C'est l'espace le plus privé de la plage. Le cuisinier était très serviable et noble, très bonne cuisine. Les livraisons à domicile arrivent. Un endroit avec tout le confort.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable, conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The building offers multiple pools and plenty of entertainment options—honestly, you won’t want to leave! The hosts were also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Mil gracias a Juan por sus respuestas precisas. El apartamento es encantador, cumple a cabalidad con las fotos publicadas, junto a mi hija y a mi esposa concordamos en que sería un lugar al que volveriamos con total seguridad, todo fue maravilloso.

La casa es muy cómoda y prolija. La ubicación es en un entorno natural muy tranquilo y disfrutable, con la playa que parece privada. Evelin y su familia han sido buenos anfitriones. Todos los dormitorios tienen Aire Acondicionado como está en la publicación. La única contra de la casa es que está lejos de la carretera, por un camino de piedras que los taxis no quieren subir. Esto complica un poco los paseos y el aprovisionamiento. Para subsanar esto, en los últimos días encontramos un taxi acuático que resolvió la situación.

It’s been the Best stay my family and I have had. I fell in love with every single detail of our stay. The HOST Marta, received us at the door with a warm welcome, she was in contact at all times making sure we were having all we needed and we were having a great stay. ANA was recommended by the host to help us with the cooking and cleaning and she was AWESOME, she was a very sweet lady, easy going and helped us with no complaint,our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her. The HOUSE breath taking views, private , easy access, little active kids friendly , spacious better than described all you need to have the dreamed vacation is there. Right in front of the beach, the pool and close to the markets. I LoVed our stay and was very sad to leave. Thank you Marta and Ana we had the Best time.

Disfrute mucho el alojamiento, cuenta con muy buena vista, la descripción del lugar con cuerda. Lo que más valoro es la tranquilidad de la playa, sin interrupciones. Disfrute de todas las zonas comunes como piscina, sauna, turco, jacuzzis. Doña Diana es una excelente anfitriona, te hace sentir en casa, cualquier inquietud de la ciudad, tenía la respuesta de inmediato, y muy precisa. Gracias, un lugar para volver.

Empezando por el personal de seguridad y aseo del lugar que te hacen sentir desde el primer momento como si llegaras a casa, un ambiente seguro, familiar, con acceso directo a línea de playa, la vista al mar espectacular, algo único El apartamento está recientemente remodelado, muy amplio, cocina, habitaciones y baños en muy buen estado

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great pride in maintaining it. Edward was incredibly attentive and thought of every little detail, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. Our experience was flawless, and to top it all off, the sunset from the private beach was breathtaking. This place truly made our family getaway perfect. Highly recommend!
