Miguel truly made our engagement party wonderful with well thought out dishes presented beautifully and incredibly tasty.

I can’t recommend Miguel enough! The sushi he prepared was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. The spicy crab on top was a standout, and I truly appreciated him smoking the nigiri—such a unique and elevated touch. Miguel was incredibly accommodating when it came to customizing the nigiri to our preferences, and he communicated clearly and consistently from start to finish. On top of all that, he was so friendly and made the whole experience feel personal and fun. I’ll definitely be booking him again for a birthday or another special event. Thank you, Miguel, for such a delicious and memorable evening!
