There is a comfortable double bed and in the rear part of the boat, 2 people can be accommodated in the 8-person cabin. The boat is simple but comfortably equipped - solar power, water tank, simple solar shower, chemical toilet. No WiFi!

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Open, bright, cozy and quiet. With seating and a small garden. Since I'm not always there, I rent out my home in between. So you will live like me :-), it is not a "business apartment". It comes with life charm and is very well decorated. I think you won't miss anything and please ask for it otherwise. On foot: 20 min to the beautiful Greifensee for walks, along the house leads into nature, 15 m to the train station and 20 min (train) to Zurich.
