This is a 1 bdrm king SUITE with a patio and expansive mountain views that sleeps 4. **PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A SEPARATE $207 cleaning fee that will be charged at and by the resort at time of checkout. The swim spa pool is now closed for the season and will reopen in Summer 2026. But don’t worry—the hot tub is open all year!

It has beautiful views facing the rail trail with a free bus/shuttle to Park City’s Main Street and ski resorts (The bus is approximately 15-20 minutes to ski resorts.)
