Lovely vacation home on the beautiful recreational park Buitenborgh on the water. Swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing and enjoying the sun is our motto. Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transportation is a little further away, around 1 km walk/cycle is a bus stop and 4 km walk/cycle is a train station. Your own transportation is recommended and can be parked in Abcoude. Three bicycles are included with your stay. Close to Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) and AFAS Live.

La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The Yard is een fris appartement op 400 meter afstand van de boulevard. Als je op zoek bent naar een verblijf in hartje Scheveningen, dan is dit de plek voor jou! De strandtenten zijn op steenworp afstand en de Keizerstraat (winkelstraat) is om de hoek. Ik bied gratis parkeren in mijn garage aan. Het appartement is heel praktisch ingedeeld en er is slim gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige ruimten. De douche cabine is aan de kleine kant (80x70), maar dit wordt gecompenseerd met een ruime keuken!

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

We live in a neighborhood where you can feel the real sentiment of Amsterdam. This part is not much visited (yet) by tourists which will give you an authentic feel. The street parallel to ours is chosen as the most beautiful street of Amsterdam. Public parking is available under Amsterdam’s lowest parking rate.

The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
