A very nice modern design villa (± 190 m2)! 5 bedrooms with 2-person box springs and 3 folding beds. 3 bathrooms with sink, shower, 1 bath and toilet. And a separate toilet. A super nice kitchen (Bulthaup), with stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. With a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron and ironing board. The villa is located on the water with a private jetty with canoe on a spacious plot (±750 m2). In the middle of nature. Near Veluwemeer, Harderwijk, Dolphinarium, Walibi, etc.

Very nice villa for 8 people directly on the water, sauna and whirpool in the garden, only 100 meters from the golf club Harderwold. The villa is lovingly designed, all four bedrooms individually decorated. Own garden, air conditioning, fireplace, barbecue fireplace in the garden. In the middle of a beautiful nature reserve. Cozy up with family or friends out and about... this is possible in this spacious vacation home. On the BG are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in a separate wing. (On the 1st floor are the other 3 rooms separately with 2nd bathroom and toilet.) The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, such as; combi microwave, dishwasher and bean coffee machine. You never have to get bored because there is a beautiful Jacuzzi in the garden. There is also a Barrelsauna with an electric stove (5 euros/hr).

For this location you do need a car because of its location in nature. The house is equipped with every luxury. Nice to stay with friends(collect), partner or family. Enjoy with the whole family in this luxurious vacation home on a small complex with only 5 houses , plenty of parking at the house , a lovely garden surrounded by a beech hedge , large south-facing terrace. House has a nice island kitchen , bathroom with bath, 2nd toilet and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Furthermore, the house has underfloor heating and floor cooling .
