Beach house vacation rentals in Utrecht

In short, we liked the vacation very much, the communication was uncomplicated, the arrival was great and the cottage was tidy and cozy! The area was beautiful and everything was great to reach on foot or by car! Would come back any time;)

Thank you very much for the wonderful week in your cottage. There were 3 of us with one small child and it worked out great. We especially loved the very clean playground and the beautiful walks. The house was tip top clean and the communication went smoothly. We were within max. 30 minutes everywhere ( excursions, shopping and beautiful beaches/ seal station..). We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable. The place is super nicely decorated and very clean and well maintained. Bart responded very quickly to every question and was totally nice and accommodating. There were welcome snacks and drinks and we were allowed to stay longer in the parking lot on the day of departure. We had a super nice weekend. Thank you

Lotte and Juan welcomed us very warmly. Lotte had already stocked the fridge with treats for the first breakfast - including eggs from her own chickens and homemade jam! The little cottage was perfect for the two of us. We didn't notice the other guests in the front house and also Juan and Lotte have the perfect mix of good conversations and discretion on it! You can get to the village very quickly on foot, there is everything you need and otherwise you can get everywhere easily! We immediately felt at home and would be happy to come back 😄

We had a lovely stay with friends in John‘s Apartment! Whirlpool and sauna made the evenings really cozy, the house was clean and fully equipped.

We traveled with four women for a „girls trip“. Saskias welcomed us very warm and personal in her holiday house! Everything was clean and as we needed it. The backyard was perfectly idyllic and we had some space to enjoy the peaceful lake (including the geese with their chicks!). For us it was the perfect base to explore the area!

My boyfriend, our four-legged friend and I stayed at Berrie's house for less than 5 days. It is a very nice little cottage with a mostly paved garden. The sun shines really nicely on the sitting area in the garden and invites you to linger. The living room is brighter and friendlier than it looks in the photos:) The beach can be reached in about an hour on foot.. by car it only takes less than 20 minutes. The public connection to Amsterdam includes a 15-minute walk to the train station and about 40 minutes by train, which takes you directly to the main train station. So if you are looking for a quiet beautiful area between Amsterdam and the beach, this is the place to be:) We highly recommend Berrie's house!

The accommodation is very good, the neighborhood is nice. The owner is attentive and immediately responds to requests. I would particularly recommend this place.

We spent a week in this beautiful accommodation and felt very comfortable. We especially liked the proximity to the beach as well as the many things to do, so we definitely recommend a stay!

We had a very successful weekend with our family (grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren) in this accommodation. Plenty of space indoors and also the garden had several terraces and play accommodations. Well sheltered. A big plus of course for the indoor swimming pool. In short: recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely true. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house with us, dear Wenja. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay in Rebecca’s beautiful home. The house and the sourrounding area are excellent for families and Rebecca was a great host!

Our stay at Maaike’s place was lovely and surely a holiday week that we’ll always remember. Very recommended for families with kids since there is lots to do in Noordwijk.

A great place exactly as described with a good location and very nice hosts. Beautiful beach and a small town within walking distance (a good 20 minutes). Great.

From the Drentsche landscape, a few days to the beach. Simone's Salt Life Beachhouse offered a wonderful stay a short walk from the beach and the sea. Also wonderful for walking for this time. The house is comfortable, fully furnished, winter suitable with great beds. Also in November there are still plenty of great restaurants open. Highly recommended.

The appartement is a perfect place for a family with kids. Very nice and green, the sea is only 20 minutes away.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful, very nice and cozy styled and has enough space to retreat if you want - but in fact we spent most of our time in the house in the kitchen. We love to cook and eat and the kitchen is spaciously equipped for that. The view of the garden and the dune landscape from the kitchen is fantastic; it was a pleasure to cook and eat there. Because the garden is located on a nature reserve, you have complete privacy. The large trampoline was a favorite with the children, next to the nearby beach. In the beautiful bird-rich area, we could enjoy hiking, mountain biking and golfing. Bergen is a small village but has a good butcher, fishmonger, bakery, vegetable and fruit trade and a cheese shop. You can also go there for a nice wine or other tasty drink. And, not to forget, for nice coffee. In short, we loved our stay in Elsje and Duco's family home

We were nicely welcomed by Miguel and had a lovely stay with the family. Beautiful house, will all amenities, nice neighborhood and good walking distance to the beach.

We had a great stay at Elises place. 10 min walk to the beach was perfect for us. Would come again.

The place is highly recommended. Beautiful house with a great garden. Everything was there, well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing. The communication with Simone and Leonard was best. We had an all-around beautiful and relaxing weekend. Thank you for your hospitality.
