You're sure to enjoy yourself at Kesäranta in Vihdo! Less than an hour from Helsinki, and you're there. For 2 people in winter, 4 in summer. The main cottage (45 m2) is in use year-round. Guest house (12 m2) with a sofa bed for summer use. The main cottage is on the shore, and you can swim into Hiidenvesi from your own dock. Varikka beach is near the cottage. Cottage equipment: flushing toilet and washing machine in the bathroom. The sauna has a fast wood-burning stove, and the cottage has running hot water. The kitchen has, among other things, an oven, an induction stove, and a dishwasher. There is an air-source heat pump with cooling.

Peace in the countryside in Somerniemi

In the courtyard of the farm, a granny cottage with amenities. From the cottage terrace, you can watch the horses and hear the donkeys greetings. In the summer, you can see the horse pastures from the clearing. The terrace has a new gas grill and furniture. There are also cats, dogs, sheep and a mini pig on the farm. You can get to know the animals with the help of the farm's staff. Near the cottage, there is a pond, not suitable for swimming (hummus water), a small yacht and a canoe available for guests. The pond is visible from the cottage's terrace. You can walk to the pond and see the scenery.

Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Here, you can admire deer by the evening fire and wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong or the clucking of chickens. The seaside cottage is by the sea. The view is really nice as it looks at the sea all the way to the horizon. You can go for nice walks or swimming. Perhaps in the winter on a walk on the ice. Perfect spot if you have your fishing gear with you, or a canoe or SUP-board. The cottage works well for family, couples or just traveling alone. The place is also fine with small pets that do not shed. A sauna and reasonable amount of wood free of charge to warm up the sauna and smoker +fireplace outside.

We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
