Brand new Cabin! Our Southern Country Cabin is finally ready after 2 years in the making. My husband has worked diligently along with our youngest son and nephew to build this spacious little cabin for your delight. It is located equally between Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park. It is secluded but only 2 miles outside of Utopia. You will enjoy beautiful night skies, delightful sunrises and quiet sunsets in the beautiful hill country of Texas.... The view alone is worth every dollar!

Hank’s Hideaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country place. Wake up and have a cup of coffee with the deer, the rabbits, and the hummingbirds. Play a game of horseshoes. Located between Uvalde and Concan, Texas, a short ride to the Frio river, concerts in concan, the Briscoe/Garner museum, restaurants, hiking at Garner State park, zoo located at Park Chalk Bluff, and much more. Your home away from home. Full kitchen, linens provided, and plenty of room for your family or just you and the stars.

Farleys on the Nueces

Guest are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation. A fully furnished 3/2 River House. Master bedroom has king size bed, the two other bedrooms have queen size bed, comfortable for sleeping six people the spacious living room is furnished with couch set as well with two club chairs with Ottomans. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped, theirs a washer and dryers also available for your convenience, guest can enjoy an afternoon relaxation on the 1700sf deck or floating the river.

Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Enjoy amazing views overlooking Garner State Park in a cozy cabin nestled atop a hill on 44 acres of private fenced land. This cabin has a 360 degree porch to enjoy the breeze and afternoon shade. Relax in the cabin with a fully-stocked kitchen or cool off in the Frio River with a 3-minute drive to the Garner main entrance. Leakey, Concan, and Frio River swimming holes are all within 10 minutes. In the evening, roast marshmallows in the fire pit and marvel at the starlit sky.

Central Heat & A/C along with the large covered back porch will keep you comfortable year around.

Cozy Sears-Roebuck 'kit' home from 1915 kept true to form with all original windows, doors and fixtures. This classic suite offers great natural light, a comfy queen bed, a dedicated office space, free wifi, a washer/dryer, and full kitchen. It is centrally located in old Uvalde with shopping and dining within walking distance. A couple of minutes walk to the town square, boutiques, and restaurants. 2 min drive to HEB or any other stores to get some supplies!

Relaxing Cabin on the Sabinal River

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.
