Welcome to our newly built guest house, which is located in a quiet and scenic location in the middle of a lively countryside about 20 km southwest of Linköping and about 15 minutes from the E4. In the guest house, there are beds for four people and a sofa bed for two people. As day trips, we recommend Kolmården Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World, Omberg, Gränna/Visingsö. Within a half-hour trip, you can also get to Old Linköping, the Air Force Museum, Göta Canal and Bergs Slussar, etc. The nearest swimming area is about 2 km away.

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a fund and with the beautiful plain that spreads out around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any requests. This will be our 10 year hosting our cottage and we have through these years met so many nice guests from near and far. Guests who describe the area as beautiful and peaceful. Nearby there is a stone industry that is in use.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
