Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Annex of 30 m² with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One room has a bunk bed for 3 people, and the other room has a sofa bed for 2 people, for a total of 5 sleeping spots. The main house and the annex are connected by a large terrace with a sea view, 2 barbecues, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers. The house was built in 2022.

Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.
