Vacation rentals with lake access in Val-Cenis

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

Beautiful house at the gates of Chambery. Very close to the highway exit but in a very green and quiet area. Beautiful outdoor spaces and hot jacuzzi when we arrive. Lots of kitchen accessories and entertainment games. Very proactive, responsive and friendly host. In short, everything is perfect :)

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

The place was as advertised, clean and nice. We had a small problem with the hot water, very quickly taken into account. Communication was responsive, although a slight misunderstanding may have slipped into the exchange. It's still a really good experience overall.

I stayed a week in Thomas's house. It is situated in a tiny hamlet next to the wakeboarding lake. I was driving to the ski resorts so 15 minutes to Brides les Bains, 45 to La Plagne and 30 to Le Praz. The house is a kitchen downstairs and 1 room upstairs with a double bed and a sofa bed. It had everything I needed, was warm and had a good shower. Check in was easy and Thomas replied very quickly.

I had a great time at Gilbert and Frederica's house. It was as described and photographed. It is comfortable, quiet, and contains all the essentials for a stay of one or two people. A few walks can be done towards the mountains that line the lake (the shores of the lake are not accessible directly on foot in this place). Aix les Bains and its port are a 15-minute drive away, easily accessible. Finally, Frederica and Gilbert are very welcoming and easily available if needed.

We had a great time at this very cocoon cottage and with a beautiful terrace. The place is quiet and very refreshing. Many thanks to Elaine and her husband for hosting us, we will be back.

Maxime's place is new in a beautiful environment with stunning views of Lac du Bourget, not overlooked, without disturbance. A free parking space is provided at the foot of the accommodation. Very well located and spacious apartment. The space was very clean and tidy. Proximity to lakefront and shops. You can do almost anything by foot. It would just be missing some dishes in the kitchen so as not to be harbor when there are many of us. I highly recommend this host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Aix-les-Bains, luckily we had the perfect weather that made our experience even more enjoyable. We were a family of 5, plenty of space. Love breakfast on the balcony. We had no car but everythink was walkable, lots to see, friendly village. host was very friendly and helpful. Perfect for us, definetely recommend it.

We had a great time at Fred and Noemie's apartment. Very well decorated and very well-equipped apartment, ideally located close to the lake. I highly recommend it!

Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.

Lovely chalet close (5 min walk) to the ski lifts and a couple of minutes walk from supermarket and restaurants. Had everything we needed and more (internet included and parking immediately outside were extra bonuses we were not expecting). Fabienne and Lea both very helpful and responded very quickly to any message. Warm and comfortable - thank you for a great holiday!

Like last time.. Top.. Top.. The morning coffee facing the lake, and the aperitif right on the foot.. So nice.. The pkageca side, the children went there qd they wanted to.. Very friendly Henri, Françoise and Christelle too 😁 We'll definitely be right back..

Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.

The stay at the 5 elements gîte was a great success. Gilles is a welcoming, responsive host who has made great arrangements for us to have a quality stay! I really appreciate your advice, flexibility, and services. Looking forward to staying with you again!

We had a perfect stay "at the end of the world" at Caroline and Stéphane's. A very nice house, well-equipped, quiet, which is close to the Leysse and nature. Hiking starts right from the house gate. The place is quiet and very welcoming. Great for family gatherings. Thank you

The house is located in a very beautiful unspoiled and quiet environment, at the same time as close to Chambéry / Challes les Eaux. We enjoyed the garden, the indoor and outdoor space, without immediate neighbors or opposite, and the authenticity of this old building with all the comforts needed for a few days of vacation. The instructions given by Gaétan were clear, with indications of the surrounding activities, markets and shops.
