Vacation rentals with beach access in Valbandon

The apartment was super close to the old town and you had everything you need. Very clean and there is also a parking space in front of the door. If you are looking for a beautiful beach, you have to drive a bit but otherwise everything is great.

Wonderful place in a great location. Ivanka very responsive. We lost internet and she had it fixed immediately.

We will definitely stay at Patricia's place - everything was well furnished, clean, filled with useful household supplies. There was nothing superfluous in the apartment - a comfortable double bed, a sofa, even a sea view from the balcony. It was convenient to live, cook. Patricia recommended great places to visit, was always available and answered any questions, although there were almost none. The sea was very close, with a great pine park, cafes, tennis courts and large shopping centers where you can find everything in 7 minutes. Someone may be confused by the nearby ancient cemetery, but it is not at all visible from the windows and if I had not looked at the map, I would not have known about it:)) We had a great time! We recommend Patricia and her wonderful apartment to everyone🤍

Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

Brilliant stay. Great location just a 30 minute walk from the main sights of Pula. Very close to the beach. Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. Apartment is well equipped. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

Apartment exactly as seen in the photos, very clean and new a short walk from the sea that could be seen from the terrace and with private parking in a quiet location but close to everything. SILVANA is a special host, a volcano of kindness, very kind and always available for any information and also speaks Italian. Great experience to be repeated without so much as a second thought.

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

Very clean and functionally furnished apartment. On foot you can reach the harbor in about 15 minutes or the beautiful old town in 10 minutes. If you want to save yourself the ascent and descent (it's steep!), you can also ride a bicycle via the nearby campsite and then it's almost flat on the promenade. Apartment is located on the thoroughfare, but windows seal very well. Was overall perfect for us (2 nights) will be happy to come back.

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

Very good experience, just a few steps from the sea, very well located and very spacious. They quickly responded to our requests and it was an excellent place to rest and go for a walk.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

We stayed at Lana's house for a week and enjoyed it very much. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available and we could always ask Lana for advice. The beach was about 5 minutes away on foot and also in the old town you were relatively fast by car. We would absolutely recommend the place!

The house was super clean, we had plenty of space . The view from the terrace was very beautiful. The location is perfect Beaches are close to, as are a restaurant and shopping. Ivana was very nice and helpful. She reserved us a table in the restaurant We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house and would book it again at any time. Thank you!

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Viktorija and her husband have always been very kind and welcoming. Beli is a village of the past and I fell in love with the second beach of the village, quiet and surrounded by nature. The place is thoughtfully furnished and very functional. The apartments are located in the highest house in the country just above the Pension Tramontana. My husband took a couple of dives and had a great time with Diving on the beach. If you want to eat at home, I recommend shopping at the Plodine di Cres before you arrive, but the small shop near the beach is still well-stocked.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Greatly equipped apartment! In reality, it's much better than the pictures! Beautiful apartment, perfect location, sparkling cleanliness, wonderful tranquility! 5 minutes walk to the sea! We stayed in Andrew’s place for 10 days and it was great. The location is good for navigating Rovinj. Close to everything. The apartment is cozy and quiet which made the stay very enjoyable. The secure parking that was offered was a plus and made it easy to do all the day trips from Rovinj. We had a pick up from the car lot with our luggage to rovinj which was so helpful. Loved the outside bar at the top by the church for beautiful sunsets. We had a beautiful stay here and enjoyed Rovinj and all of istria.!!
