The master bedroom was a 1-room schoolhouse from the 1890's to 1914, where "Miss Sallie" Young taught (after she retired from 54 years in Texas public schools). After many additions and updates, it's now a quiet part of a Church Camp property (which you're welcome to explore). Perini Ranch Restaurant is nearby, as well as several other great places to eat - not to mention Abilene is 8 miles away.

The fully renovated railcar and caboose are connected by a large back patio that boasts one of the most spectacular views in Taylor County. The railcar is the larger of the two and has a king size bed, walk in shower, full kitchen, and living area. This house features 2 Queen beds & 2 Trundles. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Just a few blocks to the downtown area. The backyard is currently undergoing landscaping (coming soon). ROKU TV & wifi to watch your favorites and take care of any business. This is a place to spend time with friends and family, talking face to face. Host does live on property but we each have our own private entries.

This tiny house has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, having two bedrooms with closets being able to sleep five guests. Own washer and dryer with iron and board, instant water heather, hair dryer, soap and shampoo. Plates, cups, pans, pots, utensils, blender, coffee and coffee maker. We provide fishing rods, tackle box, tennis rackets and discgolfs for you to use while staying with us.
