We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Ottimo soggiorno, l’appartamento era pulito ed in ordine. Quello che mi ha colpito di più è stata la cordialità e la gentilezza di Silvia. Appena siamo arrivati ci ha subito accolto a braccia aperte e spiegato i punti di interesse nei dintorni. Poiché eravamo in viaggio di nozze Silvia ci ha addirittura preparato delle gradevoli sorprese. Siamo stati estremamente felici di questa cortesia. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza memorabile, vorrei ancora una volta soggiornare da Silvia.

Beautiful apartment, bright, in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped with everything that we might need. The location is very convenient close to transport. Ingrid was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Giuliana e Giorgio sono persone squisite, amichevoli e sempre disponibili. L' appartamento è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Trento, davvero comodo per visitare i mercatini di Natale. Molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort!

숙소는 사진보다 훨씬 더 좋습니다. 내부는 새집처럼 깨끗하고 아늑합니다. 성인 4명이 머물기에 충분한 크기이며 주방용품과 침구류도 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 그리고, 테라스에서 바라보는 풍경은 정말 환상적입니다. 그 풍경을 침실 증 힌곳과 주방과 거실에서도 즐길 수 있습니다. 돌로미티의 여러 곳으로 이동하기에도 좋습니다. (물론 렌트카가 있을 경우) 완벽한 곳이고 강력 추천합니다!

Era la prima che con la mia famiglia,mi affacciavo nel mondo del trekking ed avendo due bimbe piccole (rispettivamente 6 e 3 anni),cercavo una soluzione abbastanza autonoma che mi permettesse di provare a fare belle escursioni ,ma al contempo trascorrere bei momenti di tranquillità. Ebbene da Victoria e Vita abbiamo trovato il connubio perfetto. Escursioni a partire proprio dal loro residence,quindi a portata di mano e senza dover per forza prendere l'auto,e per il relax l'adiacente lago con le sue spiaggette rigorosamente libere e la comoda piscina interna utilizzabile 24 H. c'è un comodo parcheggio interno. Tra gli spazi del loro curato giardino troviamo due aree barbecue accessoriate,un area gioco bimbi e un tavolo da ping pong. L'alloggio corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione,era pulito e corredato di tutto lo stretto necessario per il bagno,la cucina,lenzuola ed asciugamani. E per qualsiasi domanda gli host sono sempre gentili ed a disposizione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

From the moment we arrived, we were completely enamored by the beauty of the surroundings and the charm of your accommodation. Your apartment's location couldn't have been more perfect. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Dolomites, we were treated to spectacular views from every window. It was an ideal starting point for our daily hikes and adventures in the region. We felt like we were in a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! The apartment itself was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, it provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The one-bedroom layout was spacious and well-appointed, giving us plenty of room to relax with our little one. We were constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. The Dolomites are truly a world-class destination.

Localização excelente, chegamos no aeroporto e de lá Silvia indicou Alilaguna, e andamos apenas 3 minutos até o apartamento. Próximo de tudo! Recomendo muito! Voltarei com certeza!

Es war alles super sauber und makellos! Check-in war flexibel. 20 min braucht man zu Fuß in die Stadt, was aber (auch mit Kindern) super easy war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man mit Kindern anreist, sollte man wissen dass die Treppen sehr steil sind. Unsere Kinder waren aber alt genug, somit kein Problem. Definitiv eine Unterkunft die man empfehlen kann. Riva del Garda ist eine super hübsche Stadt und eine Reise wert !

L’appartamento era come descritto, ampi spazi, pulito e ci hanno fornito per tutti gli ospiti asciugami e ciabatte. Location comodissima perché in pieno centro e vicino c’è anche un parcheggio coperto per lasciare le auto.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Ursula was extremely friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We received great travel tips and recommendations for the local area. 🥰 The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a great bed, as well as an oven and a washing machine. The heating system works perfectly and can be controlled by the guest, which is very convenient. We would gladly stay there again! 💖

L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. In casa c’erano anche saponi, shampoo e alcuni generi di prima necessità in cucina. Comodissimo al centro di Mel. Un po’ rumoroso perché si trova lungo la strada principale, ma gli infissi isolano bene dal rumore. Consigliato!

Pobyt u Michaeli był przyjemnością. Super lokalizacja, dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Jeśli tylko będę ponownie w tej okolicy na pewno tutaj wrócę.

This apartment is in an area that is quiet and not too busy with tourists . There’s a great restaurant across from the apartment - Bacardi Quebrado. It is easy to access the vaparetto and the food market is right around the corner. There’s a clothes washer and a drying rack in the apartment if you are visiting Italy for a while with only carry-on luggage. We felt very safe up on the third floor apartment. Highly recommend especially if you are happy being away from the busy St Mark’s Square area (25 minute walk or about 20 minutes on the vaparetto). Very clean, lots of hot water, quiet at night.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

Absolutely dont think of anything else when visiting Dolomites (Western part). Diana's place is very central in Ortisei you can walk anywhere from there. The town itself is already pretty and a perfect base if you want to explore Seceda / Alpe di Siusi / or even Selva. With Diana's apartment, bus stop is stone throw's away and is located in the main street. Food and supermarket are very near. You can easily cook anything in the apartment and run to grocery store if need anything. If you dont want to excessively spend money for food this is perfect. Room is very cozy and have anything that you need from jacuzzi to pristine kitchen. Sudtirol bus card is also provided and will really help you navigate through South Tyrol. We're really satisfied and really hoping to come back soon to visit Dolomites in Diana's place.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours chez Stefania. C’était parfait. Malcesine est un très beau village avec beaucoup de charme.

Very nice appt with great access to the ski slopes. The appt was very clean and Laura has it very well organized including a QR code that takes you to a guide with instructions and also good recommendations. There is attention to details which we very much appreciated. We had a great time. Thank you Laura!

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kontakt. Die Wohnung würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen und ist auch gut für bis zu vier Personen geeignet! Das Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento per 2 giorni, per godermi il panorama è fare qualche camminata. L'appartamento ha superato le aspettative che mi ero fatto dalle foto. Ambiente spazioso, possibilità di regolare la temperatura in base al freddo, cucina completa con tutto l'occorrente. Spazi pulitissimi e impeccabili, per non parlare della bellezza del piano superiore con vasca idromassaggio, un sogno... La ciliegina sulla torta é stata la flessibilità del check-in, dato che era alle 15 ma abbiamo avuto la possibilità di entrare già alle 11. Grazie di tutto Claudia

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.

casa elegante, moderna e accogliente. posizione super strategica che ti permette di poter fare e visitare praticamente tutto. le chicche sono sicuramente le vasche interna ed esterna, ho amato la terrazza spaziosa. ci ritornerei senza alcun dubbio, consiglio vivamente. host disponibile e gentile, check in flessibile, cosa altrettanto apprezzata.
