Monthly Rentals in Valle Castellana

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Alma’s place is simply amazing! It is a little independent house in the very centre of Fano Adriano, a lovely village just under the Gran Sasso. We spent only 2 night at Alla’s place but we would have loved to stay much longer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a real meal and the fireplace add another star to the 5 star accomodation. We cooked sausages and the typical “arrostiscini” in the wooden fire and the result was fantastic. Easy check in, great communication with Alla, everything was smooth and straightforward. A great experience for my son and myself.

An oasis of tranquility. We were greeted by Simone, a super welcoming and helpful host. Very proud of his "house brands" transmits all the love for his land and immediately lets you get in touch with this place. Completely surrounded by greenery, it offers the peace and slowness of the countryside with a super clean and very well-stocked accommodation with every comfort, all taken care of in every detail. We came with our two large dogs who never stopped running and the fully fenced garden allowed us to fully enjoy this freedom. As already mentioned, kitchen equipped with everything, smart TV (not that needed), wi-fi, barbecue, fantastic fruit trees and lots of greenery, every now and then you will have lawn sheep and lots of stars in the evening. The perfect accommodation for those who want to disconnect from the city, especially if with 4 legs in tow. We can't wait to come back. Thank you, very, for this experience.

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.
