Studio de 25m² dans maison récente (2017) avec entrée indépendante et place de parking situé sur le passage du GR34. Plusieurs restaurants et la plage du coz pors sont accessibles à pieds en qq minutes. À proximité de la maison, et accessible à pieds également, se situent l'aquarium ainsi que le forum de la mer (piscine d'eau de mer à 30° et spa). L'heure d'entrée les lieux se fait à partir de 15h. On ne vous garantit pas le soleil mais on peut vous garantir du bon vin !! (Yves est caviste).

The beach of Ste-Anne is the beach of the city center it offers a magnificent view of the Renote Island .Nearest beach 250 m. the apartment is ranked 3 stars in the ranking of furnished tourism . ideal for a couple. BE CAREFUL, I don't rent to workers on the move .
