Beautiful apartment, exactly how it appears. Amazing lake view. 5 mins walk to lake and supermarkets. Everything you need is provided and the place is spotlessly clean. David and Maria are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back.

Kathy’s house was spotless, homely and in a great location. We had to rush for a ferry at 8.20 in the morning and we made it within 10 mins of speed walking. The house is really nice, really homey and honestly really clean (I have absolutely high standards for cleanliness). Kathy was an amazing and really friendly host, who offered to drive us up the Desenzano hill back to the train station. We truly enjoyed my stay at her place, and would absolutely recommend it to everyone

The coziest little hotel up in the mountains. Cutest staff who were very flexible and ready to help, and mega nice with their own kitchen with fridge etc. Cozy terrace with the most beautiful view! The hotel is older, but is clean and neat, and is clearly cared for. Lovely with nice pool and pool area. It's quiet and cozy! It's a bit of a hike up the mountain the first time, but you quickly turn to it! Close to a small cozy town with shopping, pharmacy and restaurants/cafes. Missing: better chairs on the terrace.

We were there with 4 adults and 2 young children.. The double bedroom can comfortably fit two extra beds. The apartments are super audible. The apartment itself is very large. A little outdated. The communication with the assumption is a 1+ with asterisks. Take care of it right away if something is wrong. The pizzeria next door did not bother us.

Great place, everything as described. Beautiful location and the access to the campsite next door is great to have with kids.

We had an awesome time. Garda is fantastic with something for everyone, Silvia was wonderful. Calima (dog) is super cute and happy to see guests. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the washing machine was a god send! We also had access to the hotel down the road, and all of the amenities (including pool, fitness suite, restaurant).

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful — peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

This penthouse was everything I hoped for and more. With stunning panoramic views, elegant decor, and a spacious private terrace, it felt like a dream. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. The host was kind and attentive, making the entire stay seamless. Very clean, I’d return in a heartbeat.

I only stayed for a night, but would love to come back and do some riding around the beautiful area.

We stayed in the apartment with large windows and views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. The place was comfortable and well heated with everything we needed for our short vacation. The high chair and crib were very useful for our baby, there was even a bathrobe and baby towels. Excellent and abundant breakfast, reception available for many hours during the day and direct contact. Being October we were unable to take advantage of the many outdoor spaces and the pool, which make the immersion in the nature of the place even more magical. There is also a large garage, a gym and you can ask for tastings and other services.

Simeone was a fantastic host. Very responsive and approachable. The bikes were awesome and great for our family to get to all the local spots without the need for a car. The apartment is very homely and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is great to relax in after a day on the bikes and lake. The location is close enough to Malcesine for an easy lake side bike ride along a bike path, but also away from the crowds. It is also a great location to access multiple Windsurf, Kitesurf and Wing Foil spots. Plenty of SUP and Kayaking near by. Lovely to paddle down to the fort. We stayed during one of the hottest days of the year (37degrees). Whilst there is no ac, properly managing the ventilation of the property and some additional fans greatly helped beat the heat. This was a wonderful property for our active family. We stayed 5 days and only used the car once to go to Torbole. Never short of things to do. We could have stayed longer!

The place was fantastic. The apartment was as in the pictures, very nice and very clean. We were there in January and the apartment was very warm. The surroundings and the landscape are simply fantastic. We got great tips for restaurants in Soave. Highly recommended. In summer you can also use the pool. We'd love to come back in the summer.

Quiet, clean apartment with all comfort and in an optimal position to reach all transport services and main monuments. Super helpful and friendly host. It has allowed us to spend a beautiful vacation!

Located in a wonderful location on Lake Garda, the apartment was comfortable with large, very comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice equipped outdoor space. Bicycles available to guests.

A special place with amazing gardens and silence. It is only remote from the towns full of life, but if it were close to them it would not have this charm.

The place had everything you could need for a getaway. By bike (which have been provided to us) we reached the lake in a few minutes. Saturday morning is a market nearby that we visited. Communication with the hosts was perfect! We would recommend the place. (Small tip: there are small mosquitoes in the area. Bring a spray on it!)

The place was very nice and was only renovated last year. We had plenty of room for 9 people.

Paola was quickly answering and her husband even picked us up on the nearby parking lot. The house was very clean, well equipped and situated in a quiet, low traffic area. So thanks again to Paola for that comfortable stay!

The property is located in a beautiful, peaceful area with stunning views. The house is spacious, fully equipped, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There is a wonderful spa area that was perfect for unwinding after a full day of sightseeing. It's a fantastic place, with a wonderful host, and everything was spotless—just perfect! I highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart :)
