Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 350 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. The cabin dream - with its own sauna

Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after hiking in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is the possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door, there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. It is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

This is a peaceful accommodation in a 19th century cottage in the forest. Wood-fired sauna. Fireplace in the large kitchen. Two extra beds in the kitchen sofa bed. So 10 people can sleep well. There are many nice walking paths and bike paths. 10 minutes to Kläppen's ski trails and slopes. 20 minutes to the Vasa Race start. Summer time 3 km away, there is a very nice and newly built FREE swimming area with 25 meter pool. Mini golf etc. 5 minutes to Limas Biathlon Stadium with nice cross-country skiing trails. Firewood is available to buy from us.

Ski-in-ski-Out in winters. 3 bedrooms, a bedroom with 180cm double bed, 2 bedrooms with 140cm/90cm family bunk bed, sauna and patio. Sofa bed and dining area for 6 people. Patio with table and 2 chairs. Departure cleaning yesterday NOT, can be purchased for SEK 1000. Must be booked in advance Sheets & towels are not included. Duvet and pillows are available for 6 people.

Welcome to stay in our nice guest house, which is located between Malung and Sälen, about 200 meters from highway 66. Approximately 15 minutes' drive to Kläppen ski resort, 30-45 minutes to the remaining ski resorts in Sälen and about 25 minutes to the start of the Vasa Race. In summer, there are also good opportunities to ride MTB on our nice trails and maybe take a dip in the heated pool Ärobadet, where there is also an outdoor gym, playground, sauna, etc. only 5 minutes by car. Relax in this individual and tranquil space. A smaller gravel road leads you to a dead end where Forsstugan awaits overlooking the Västerdalälven river. Enjoy the tranquility but with proximity to the more eventful mountains. Depending on which mountain you want, after a 20-30 minute drive, you can take part in all the mountain's offerings, so that after an adventurous day, you can return to Forsstugan's quiet nook and warm yourselves in front of the fire. In the summer you have walking distance to the popular Äråbadet.

The start of the Vasa-trail is 23 km away, and the distance to Sälen center is 30 km. If you want to go downhill skiing Kläppen is 25 km away. Kläppen is the nearest of the Sälenfjällen mountain destinations offering great experiences all year around.

Welcome to a serene and quiet place in the forests of Venjan, Mora. Here you can enjoy the stillness of living in a forest in a comfortable and ecofriendly way. The cabin is located on a small hill-top with a creek below. The creek leads up to a larger lake and both are very fine fishingwaters containing pike and perch among others. There are no neighbouring houses in the vicinity.
