The more than a hundred years old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private branch road. The lake with good swimming opportunities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
