This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, as well as two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers one bedroom with bunk bed and room for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with top quality furniture and amenities. June - August takes place weekly rentals.

Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Stugan har det mesta då det kommer till bekvämlighet. Fullutrustat kök, bäddsoffa, dubbelsäng och badrum. Därtill wifi och tv med Netflix etc. Utomhus finns ett trädäck med grill, bord samt stolar och utomhuseldstad. Har ni barn i sällskapet finns ytor att springa runt på, gunga samt åka rutschkana.

This cozy apartment is only 250 meters from the beautiful Lake Vättern, where there is a swimming area & beach promenade, which is very nice to take to the city & harbor with very good & cozy restaurants. It is about 1 km to the city center. Outside the junction, there is a bike path that also leads to the city center. On the way to the city center, there is a sports hall with soccer fields and a skateboard park about 400 meters from the apartment.
