The mezzanine on top of the livingroom has 1 bed of 180x200cm or 2 beds 90x200cm. The garden with trees is 800m2. My House is 5 minutes away from Saint-Pardon of Vayres "harbour", famous French spot for tidal bore surfing. It is less than 25 minutes away from Bordeaux tramway and Saint-Emilion

This expansive stone house is surrounded by vines (Organic). It is easy to access and close to Bordeaux as well as the famous crus of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol. Each room of the house is personalized with furniture and characterful decoration. Parking is private, in a garden with trees. You will benefit from a shaded terrace with a built-in barbecue, a large outdoor table and garden furniture. You have a ping-pong table installed in the garden.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!
