Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge, und die traumhaften Stimmungen der Natur lassen einen schnell in der Auszeit ankommen. Besonders gemütlich ist das viele warme Holz, Naturmaterialien und der Schlaf im Hüsler-Nest. Das vielseitige Angebot der Region lockt dann doch auch nach draussen und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung eignet sich für bis zu 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkinder bis Schulalter.

Balconies on 3 floors. Perfect for relaxing, enjoying food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive or 18 bus to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Storage for bikes/skis, laundry, small gym.

Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Die grosszügige Wohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im dritten Stock des B&B's und ist für bis zu 3 Personen. Die fantastische Dachterrasse mit Bergblick vermittelt Ferienfeeling pur. Direkt vor Ort ist auch ein hausgemachtes Frühstück buchbar (falls B&B offen). Bei Buchungen für 4-5 Personen kann nebenan ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit KingSize Bett dazugemietet werden (separates Inserat).

Die gemütliche, kleine aber feine 2 Zimmer Wohnung liegt am Sonnenhang in Luzein im schönen Prättigau. Ideal für Pärchen oder unkomplizierte 3. Wir stellen eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche sowie eine Waschküche zum trockenen der Skikleider, Schuhe ect zur Verfügung, wer will darf die Waschmaschine gerne mitbenützen. Internetfernseher und WLAN stellen wir Gratis zur Verfügung.
