The property is about 250 Meters away from the ‘Kayipuram’ boat Jetty about 15 mins from Alappuzha town.

Just 5 minutes walk to the beautiful and peaceful Mararikulam beach. My homestay is in a tranquil road where you'll feel at home. The room is spacious, with a large walk in bathroom. I am also a chef so if you so desire, I can cook for you during your stay. I am skilled in south indian food as well as international cuisine. You can enjoy fresh seafood or vegetarian. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are freshly prepared (at an extra cost).

Mylanthra House is approved and licensed as DIAMOND GRADE since 2005 by the Kerala Tourism department. It is an 85-year-old traditional Bungalow located in Kochi at the bank of Vembanad Lake. This Diamond-graded homestay is built of Plinthite blocks and plastered with lime. Its roofs and floors are covered with old clay tiles & have a wooden ceiling all over. This traditional construction keeps the bungalow cool.
