It was a great vacation with a nice apartment. Everything was perfect. Very, very nice hosts. Our daughter didn't want to go home anymore. There was nothing missing from the apartment, on the contrary we were so amazed that the hosts really thought of everything. Clean and flawless. Very big praise. We will be back.

It was a pleasure to stay at Giulia's, always kind and helpful. Clean and tidy apartment. Everything is photo compliant. A quiet area and a short walk from the center of Quarto d 'Altino. Great location for sightseeing. Recommended!

Luca and Roberta were so friendly, helpful, easy-going. They even anticipated what we would need, before we asked. Luca even purchased us different pillows for the bed! Very welcoming. Very positive experience!

We had a great time in a very clean and as advertised apartment. Walter was a great host, very welcoming and gave us many helpful tips. The 4L bus station is 200m from the apartment and the bus allows you to reach Venice in 15 mins. Price 3 euros per trip but if you have a city pass vaporetto you can also take the buses going to mestre. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the train station, ideal for taking the shuttle bus to Trevise. In front of the building you will find a supermarket open every day. The apartment is located outside of Venice, in Marghera area, which is perfect for those visitors who like to enjoy the city but also return to a quite private place away from cuty hustle for a peaceful night. It’s 15mins walking distance from the station where a bus takes you directly to Venice, or a tram to Mestre train station. The building as well as the apartment is new, secured and very well aranged. It was clean, with all amenities needed. Serena was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive, nice and professional. Her willingness to make the most of your stay as well as recommendations on restaurants & nearby places make her very welcoming and easy to communicate. Overall, a nice stay, would recommend this place!

There were eight of us and we had fantastic days in this beautiful house. The garden offers many cozy seating and lounging facilities, the equipment leaves nothing to be desired: four large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, comfortable beds, huge showers, air conditioners in every room and a perfectly equipped kitchen. Everything is well maintained, safe, lit – even covered parking spaces are available. Garbage separation is clearly regulated. We would particularly like to thank the warm hosts Christine and her husband: As a welcome, there were prosecco and fresh flowers, to say goodbye dear words – you rarely experience so much warmth. Umberto on site was also very helpful. The location is perfect for excursions, e.g. to Venice, a supermarket is right nearby. Even as a large group, you have a lot of space to retreat or get together. A wonderful place – we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Surrounded by greenery and in the beautiful two-story lagoon, well distributed, functional and clean! Parking in front of the entrance of the house. Modern house, recent, clean and well stocked with all the comforts for a vacation. Among the plus are the possibility of using the bicycles provided by the owner. Highly recommended

My family and I traveled around Italy and stayed for two nights in this nice place. The atmosphere of the big house was very cozy and calm. We woke up to the sound of birds. Free parking for our car was a few meters from the entrance. Marziano met us and showed us his house, instructed us in detail on how the appliances in the house work. By the evening it was a little chilly and Marziano, at our request he turned on the additional heating. The house has three bedrooms and three large bathrooms. Marziano tips for choosing a restaurant were very helpful. We visited one of the recommended fish restaurants. It was wonderful. It was convenient to get to all the interesting places of our trip by car. Thank you Marziano for your hospitality.

Excellent, definitely the best place I've ever had. The house is spectacular and the detail of leaving things for breakfast like juices, coffee and sweets makes it even more enjoyable. 10/20!

Very nice apartment with a large garden in a quiet location. The nearest town, beach can be reached in a 7-minute drive. Very friendly hostess and everything went smoothly.

Ideal stay of 5 days for my family (2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 7). The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with kitchen/living room, bathroom, double bedroom (1st level) and living room/children's room (2nd level). There are 2 comfortable terraces. Air-conditioned on the two levels, accessible through stairs. There is convenient uncovered private parking for the car. The host provided us with 3 bicycles and gave us the place on the beach with 1 umbrella and 2 chairs in an excellent location about 500m as the crow flies from the apartment. You will also find the washing machine and the host has enough sheets and towels for the stay. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes and is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and coffee maker (thanks again for the welcome waffles!). There are several supermarkets and shops nearby, you won't miss anything. Chiara's instructions are courteous, precise and punctual, thank you for everything!

Very quiet place, we stayed in 4 and I have to say really very comfortable. Very specific in the directions and a well-maintained and clean house. I recommend it to those in the area. Thank you

Lovely clean and peaceful apartment in a nice building in Treviso. Our host was super helpful and found us a restaurant booking when all of the local restaurants were fully booked. The apartment has a shared entrance which is fully described in the listing. Thanks for your hospitality!

A great modern apartment in a central location. The beach, restaurants and shops are all on your doorstep however the apartment is very quiet and has a lovely private terrace. Very clean and great amenities plus excellent air conditioning for an August visit. Identical to the pictures. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are also very clean and make the Star Palace complex an excellent place to stay. A day trip to Venice is very convenient via a private bus pick up point which is 30 seconds from the apartment and then a boat trip from Jesolo, Piazza Faro. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful with the beach club booking advice etc. Lots to recommend.

Roana is a responsive and friendly host. The apartment is large, clean, convenient and good location. Everything went well. We had a lovely stay.
