This was a perfect stay for us! Great area!! Super close to the ferry Ca D’Oro which made it easy to get to the Airbnb from the bus station. Apartment was small but enough for a trip to Venice. Price was great compared to similar comparable options (all places are expensive in Venice, so we were happy to find this place)! Bjorn was responsive and gave us lots of tips and advice. AC worked (although we only needed it briefly as the place stayed nice and cool despite it being 24 degrees out). Wifi gave us troubles as it’s a pocket wifi so we had to use our phone data a few times but not the end of the world - we were there for the city anyway, not the internet. TV has mainly Italian channels so we watched some music videos when the internet wasn’t great. Overall… Definitely recommend.

Çok rahat ve konforlu bir deneyimdi. Odanızın penceresinden kanalları izleyip duyabilirsiniz, ilk adımda şehire geldiğimizde çok fazla yağmur yağıyordu ve eşyalarımız ıslanıyordu, bununla alakalı Nello 'dan yardım almak istedik, en azından sırt çantalarımızı söylendiği gibi daha erken saatlerde bırakıp yağmurda da gezebilirdik fakat geri dönüş alamadık ve tüm eşyalarımız sırılsıklam oldu. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa! L’ambiente era perfetto per noi e i nostri due cani: spazioso, pulito e ben attrezzato. La casa è in una posizione tranquilla, ideale per passeggiate nei dintorni e con uno spazio esterno sicuro per i cani. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ha pensato a tutti i dettagli per farci sentire a casa. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia rilassarsi in un ambiente accogliente.

clean, functional room with nice en-suite toilet. take note that it is a guest room so the kitchen is shared and the room is moderately sized. the housekeeper was lovely, and marco was very responsive and helpful. great location as well for exploring venice. not the easiest to find but marco was there when we arrived.

Nice little place. Shared amenities, everything super clean and tidy. A great option for Marco Polo airport “stays”. Many thanks to the host for being super responsive and booking my stay literally the last minute.

Usufruito per solo una notte ma appartamento molto bello e spazioso. Ottimo su tutti i punti di vista. Grazie a Nicola, disponibilissimo

El alojamiento es muy bonito y limpio, fue muy agradable. Nos recibieron muy bien y el hijo de Barbara habla inglés y pudo comunicarse muy bien con nosotros. La trato Roa estaba cerrada cuando llegamos a las 9:00. Lo único que podría observar es que al llegar en la noche nos pareció un poco alejado desde la estación de tren. Pero es un bonito lugar, es un vecindario muy pacífico.
