Venice Amazing House is set in Marghera, 700 meters from Venice Mestre Station and 10 mins away from Venice Historical center by Tram/Bus. Both Bus and Tram stop in front of the property's door. This Guest house are fitted with a TV, free Wi-Fi and parking. Air-conditioning is provided in the lobby. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 9 km away and Treviso Airport is about 20 km away from the property. Surrounded by a bar/restaurant, supermarket and parks which are only 5 meters distance.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. This nicely designed bedroom with ensuite bathroom is perfectly located to discover Venice; easily reachable from the railway and bus station, it's just few steps away from a breathtaking view on the Grand Canal, and close to all the main attractions. The bedroom is at the ground floor, on a quiet little street, very silent at night. Guests can also make use of the living area on the 1st floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen shared with the guests of the other bedrooms.

A budget double room with private bathroom ensuite (WC & small shower; sink inside the bedroom). Perfect for a short and economic stay. It has a french double bed, TV, WIFI, aircon (june - september), heating, wardrobe. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). Checkin and key collection takes place at a partner accommodation. (distance 700 meters). City tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price.
