Monthly Rentals in Venturina Terme

We spent a short four-day vacation at Caesar's place. It is definitely a very well-served area (various supermarkets, restaurants and other shops) and despite this, the area is very quiet with ample availability of parking. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and not least the excellent proximity to the sea, reachable in a very short time. Finally, but not least, we forgot the keys to our home at the accommodation and Host Cesare has delivered it to our home by courier shipping...Grandeeee availability! I highly recommend Podere Sasso Antico , a beautiful farmhouse renovated with good taste ( not the usual "rustic furniture") The pleasure of being on top of the mountain , with wide views, a breathtaking view, silence and starry nights and enjoying the sea by day, Baratti and surroundings, which can be reached in no time. Susanna is a welcoming and caring host, she will give you a lot of information , and Peppe (their dog) is adorable. The dirt road climbs into the woods but Susanna offers her off-road ( if you don't have a proper car) and this becomes a fun experience. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Susanna 🤗

My vacation in Caterina's place was wonderful. This house has all the features I look for for my holidays, tranquility, privacy, nature, a large outdoor space completely fenced and safe for my dog. If you are looking for a spacious house, complete with everything you need, in a quiet place but at the same time a short distance from supermarkets and village, this is the house for you, even if you travel with your dog like me. Caterina is a wonderful person, attentive, present and caring with her guests without ever being intrusive. I hope to be able to make a new vacation in this house in the future, which has really regenerated me and made me feel completely comfortable. Another positive note is the many beautiful beaches just a few minutes away by car, many of which have access to dogs. Thank you Caterina,it was a real pleasure! See you soon!
