Cozy garden house near the beach

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The Little House

A small Charente house, restored with passion , it was for a long time our holiday home. Everything is authentic : from old walls to furniture ... the small openings make it a very cool and pleasant house in summer, the thick walls are in exposed stones, the floor is terracotta . The small garden , facing south is delimited by shrubs, roses, fruit trees, lilac .. you can have a meal on the terrace in the sun or in the shade .
