The apartment has a fantastic location with sea view in the middle of Svelvik city center. Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

Hybelleilighet på totalt 27 kvm i sokkeletasje av enebolig i Drøbak sentrum. Fullt kjøkken med alle fasiliteter: induksjonstopp, stekeovn, mikroovn, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap og fryser. Bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Skulle du føle at noe mangler, gi oss beskjed, så ordner det seg sikkert. Alle gulv har gulvvarme. Huset ligger innerst i en blindvei, midt i Drøbak sentrum. Rolig og tilbaketrukket, samtidig som det kun er to minutter å gå til "liv og røre". Ingen gjenboere. Seng er 120 cm bred.

Koselig liten hytte i hage ved siden av utleiers bolig. Inneholder et lite soverom med en ganske høy dobbeltseng på 150cm adskilt fra oppholdsrommet med forheng. Hytta egner seg for 2 personer. Det er en 2seter sofa i oppholdsrommet, liten sittebenk ved spisebordet og bad. Hytta inneholder et minikjøkken med utstyr for matlaging. Veranda utenfor som hører til, med bord og to stoler. Det er ikke kjørevei fram til hytta, så bagasje må bæres fra p-plassen og opp, ca 50-60m.

Strictly non-smoking.
