Idéalement située à proximité de Montpellier et des plages. 1 personne maximum Forfait ménage 20 euros ( si le locataire ne souhaite pas faire le ménage de départ) Forfait linge de lit et serviette ( 30 euros le séjour) sinon prévoir un drap housse en 140 cm, une taie d oreiller, un drap plat , couette ou duvet et une serviette de bain. Les personnes extérieures et les animaux ne sont pas autorisés.

Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier is 5 minutes away by car, shops, tram stops and highway access are 200 metres away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.
