Superbe studio indépendant, au calme dans grande propriété , avec terrasse plein Sud. Idéalement située à proximité de Montpellier et des plages. 1 personne maximum Forfait ménage 20 euros ( si le locataire ne souhaite pas faire le ménage de départ) Forfait linge de lit et serviette ( 30 euros le séjour) sinon prévoir un drap housse en 140 cm, une taie d oreiller, un drap plat , couette ou duvet et une serviette de bain. Les personnes extérieures et les animaux ne sont pas autorisés.

In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/ toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier is 5 minutes away by car, shops, tram stops and highway access are 200 metres away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

Ideally located 5min drive from the Mediterranean Sea (wild beach of the aresquiers, with the only free parking in the area) , 15min from Sète and Montpellier. The residence has 2 swimming pools open from mid-June to mid-September from 10am to 8pm (accessible with bracelets - 5 provided) + tennis courts, boulodrome, ping pong tables.
