The locals from Zell call this area "the sunny mountain" of Zell and it is the perfect starting point for hiking trips in the summer and downhill/nordic skiing adventures in the winter.

In the middle of the ski area but away from the mass tourism, the Raggensteinhof convinces with its quiet location between gentle grass mountains and rugged peaks. The farm is located on the sunny side 1100 meters high above Viehhofen and can be reached in winter and summer via a paved mountain road. At normal snow conditions, the exit Piste168 to the farm can be reached via a small deep snow slope or a 10-minute walk. In summer we score with a large, private playground and petting zoo

We rent out our small cabin near Zell am See. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest with a small stream and almost no other neighbor (only two other cottages nearby!) Simply furnished, one bedroom with double bed, living room with fireplace and two other beds on a gallery in the living room. There is space for up to three people/children. A ladder goes up! TV+Internet. Small kitchen and basic bathroom! It is heated by an automatic pellet stove.

Apartment Schulzimmer is situated in the historic Moarhaus Chalet next to Castle Saalhof and our farm. It used to be a classroom 100 years ago. It is situated in the ground floor and completely wheelchair accessible. Apartment Schulzimmer offers a double room and a kitchen with sofa which can be converted into a double bed 165 x 200 cm.
