The cottage was part of the farm of my grand-father. First floor : kitchen, dining and living rooms and on the second floor: sleeping room and bathroom. Wifi and Netflix are available. The cottage is situated at 6 km from Stavelot and Malmedy, in a very small village. The situation is ideal for families who would like to have a break in the middle of the country-side or if you want to go to the circuit of Spa. A lot of walks in forests are available. The Savoyards' villa was built in 1934. It is a bourgeois house of 250 m². The interior is cosy, very bright and warm. It is situated on the side of a hill and enjoys an unobstructed view of the nearby environment. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Vielsalm and the lake of doyards. Parking is easy. Many shops and activities are within walking distance (CenterParcs water centre, archaeoscope, pedal boat, swimming pool, ravel).

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km.
