The property is very well located to get to different ski resorts. It is equipped with everything you might need and was absolutely clean. Check in and out is completely stress-free. Marco is always easily accessible, very friendly and gave us great tips. We felt absolutely comfortable.

Alex and Marica’s place is absolutely stunning! They’re quick to respond and the place looks exactly as in the pictures. The location is the best thing about this listing. Just a 1 min walk to the main bus stand with buses to nearby towns and bolzano, and 5 mins to the supermarket. Cable car is also within walking distance. The town has some nice bars and cafés too. Note - It is indeed not suitable for people over 180cm.

My experience in Pera was simply fantastic! The place has exceeded all expectations: cozy, clean, and with every detail. The location was perfect, surrounded by tranquility but still convenient to reach all the main attractions in the area. Alessandro was extremely kind and helpful, making me feel at home. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a relaxing and authentic holiday. Can't wait to come back!
