At the westernmost point of Tjörn's coastline, you are welcomed to a peaceful and family-friendly accommodation near the idyllic Kyrkesund, with lovely swimming spots just a short walk away. Via your own staircase, you'll reach a magical plateau at the back of the property, offering ocean views and a glimpse of the Pater Noster lighthouse on the horizon. Hiking trails right outside, a pétanque court, and a playground nearby. Modern, tasteful, and cozy house on a private, sheltered property, featuring large patios that get sun all day. Pilanë's well-known sculpture park is just a stone's throw away.

Peaceful accommodation by the sea

With the sea in view, the guest house, built in 2021, is located on a part of our property. There are sleeping accommodations for four people, two in a double bedroom and two in the loft in single beds. The guest house has a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a bathing ladder from the rocks 200 m away. It is a little over a km to the municipal swimming area with docks. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions on Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea in the west.

Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to one of the most beautiful gems on the west coast. The house is centrally located with a sea view in the picturesque fishing community, just 40 meters from the steamboat dock with a ferry connection to Härön and a 5-minute walk to the nearest swimming beach. On Härön, you will find the popular restaurant Magasinet, but also beautiful hiking trails at the end of the coastal strip. Padel courts are available both in Kållekärr and in Skärhamn (10 minutes by car). You can swim directly below the house to the left out on the piers.

Knäbo, by the sea on northwestern Tjörn

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The sea close by, swimming and walks in the natural areas. This comfortable, modern house with sea views is located on a slope. 100 meters to the beach, 1 km to the nature reserve. 3 km to Pilane's famous sculpture park, 11 km to the nearest store in Kållekärr. The accommodation: One bedroom with two beds and a sleeping alcove adjacent to the living room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with water toilet and shower. Kitchen area with stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher. Wi-Fi and TV. Patio.

House of 44 sqm with the possibility of accommodating five people. The house is beautifully located overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Welcome to Kyrkesund! In our summer house there is room for friends and family. Here you live surrounded by nature and nice walking areas with proximity to swimming and attractions. There are a total of 11 beds including mattresses in the loft (level 3). In addition to that, there is a double sofa bed and space for more mattresses. There's also a playground nearby. 1 adult and 2 children's bikes are available, along with some helmets. Bed linens are not included.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is about 500 meters (15 minutes walk) east of Mollösund's old community.

Nice apartment in Kyrkesund with its own toilet and shower. Close, 400 meters, to a child-friendly swimming area. Take the ferry over to Härön for nice walks and rock pools. Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cozy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location for those who want to fish for trout or why not for lobster fishing.
