Vacation rentals with a balcony in Vila Nova de Gaia

A spacious apartment, situated in a major artery with very regular transport available, making it easy to navigate the city. The Botanical Gardens and the City Park are nearby via walking or bus. The apartment itself has good facilities, with large kitchen, balcony, two showers, generous-sized bedrooms, plentiful storage space and views across the whole area.

Amazing location in Porto, with everything close by. The views from the balcony were incredible, couldn’t beat it! Overall a clean, comfortable and beautiful Airbnb, would stay again! Thank you for making our trip so special! :)

This is a great place to stay and explore Porto ! It is in the city centre but it is so peaceful inside and perfect balance. The place is also just as shown in pictures, amazing.

The place was easy to find and the location was central and easy to get around. It's a house on the main road, but it was nice that it was quiet and safe because of the structure of the house. Like it was newly remodeled, it felt spacious and pleasant with a clean and white interior. It was very good to use as a Smart TV, and the tableware was well-equipped. It was a little disappointing that even though I stayed for more than 10 days, only 2 towels and 2 bottles of toilet paper were provided, and I didn't use the dishwasher and washing machine because I had to buy detergent myself.

This was a great stay in a great location of the city! I was nervous at first because I’ve seen other GuestReady reviews but this one was a great find. The space was well kept and clean, plenty of room for 2 people, with a great view of the city! I will say the only downside was that I think the door code should be changed after every guest, I believe that’s a safety issue but the host was responsive when answering my questions and reassuring me all is well! Great stay, i’d recommend :)

The apartment was cared for and bigger than we expected. There were 2 bathrooms and a large dressing room. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of everything. I recommend the apartment!

We loved staying in Gaia. It was easily walkable to the attractions in Porto. We loved the river view and watching sunsets from the apartment. Many eating options within easy walking distance. Great host!

Amazing stay in this house! The view is absolutely beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. The place is spacious, clean and very well equipped, perfect for enjoying Porto to the fullest. The host is very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without hesitation, the next time we come back to Porto, we will book here!

The address is beautiful. Espaçosa, amazing cuisine, a wonderful view and tranquility to rest. Easy access to nearby cities. The rooms are excellent, clean all with their own bathrooms. The responses of the housekeeping company are very quick. The house is impeccable. Our family loved the stay.

Very nice stay, We were welcomed by José, good communion, good places recommended. Thank you to your neighbor for helping us with the general power outage in the country. Bus stop, supermarket, a small restaurant and a cafe nearby. 👌🏽

we had a pleasant stay at this lovely villa. Conveniently located, close to beaches and city center. It is perfectly equipped for a large family and the cleaning is at the top. I'd recommend it unseen

Very well priced Airbnb. Facilities were good with a good view of the river. Had all the amenities needed which was needed for a good stay. Pool was dirty but didn’t matter as it wasn’t the right weather anyways, had an unpleasant odour when first walked in but went away after a day or two. Would definitely recommend apart from the above two points, was a good experience. Location is about 15 min taxi to the city centre (Costs about €7), Good quiet location with nice bakeries and convenience shops around.

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Everything about this airbnb was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. Would 100% stay again
