Old house attached to the LARGE HOUSE (announcement LARGE HOUSE OF JUNCAIS) transformed into a small independent apartment, Casa do Meio has 1 bedroom with toilet, living room with kitchenet and salamander and has a capacity for 2 people. The guests will have access to the games room, billiards, ping-pong, foosball, bicycles and a swimming pool. Guests are provided with information about the places to visit, where to eat, what way to go... and someone is always around the House for any support that is necessary. It is situated in the center of the village, constituting one of the sides of the main square, in an area of 5444 m2 of surface. Situated in Serra da Estrela a few kilometers from Penhas Douradas , in an area of Castles and Historic Villages, where it is possible to take walks along signposted trails, venture into the Paragliding ( in the neighboring Historic Village of Linhares) or cooling off on the river beaches of Mondego and Zêzere. In the region, the gastronomic offer maintains the authenticity of the old days, with dishes such as a goat with monkeys, Carqueja rice, fish from the river in escabeche and morcelas with grelos, without forgetting the rye bread, great olive oil and Dão wine.

A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Casa Branca - Quinta Casa da Várzea (White House - Quinta Casa da Várzea)

The White House is an isolated house with 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, private W/C and outdoor space. It is located in Casa da Várzea - Quinta de Turismo Rural near Serra da Estrela, which has 4 different accommodations: two suites for 2 and 4 people with kitchenette; a smaller accommodation with 2 double bedrooms; and another independent house with 3 bedrooms.

Fountain House

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
