Villa vacation rentals in Villa di Piteccio

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

Superb spacious and well-located villa with a great view! Awesome pool and tennis class Big tables for eating out There are enough sunbeds for everyone We had a lovely time at this beautiful villa It is just missing a large oven (there is a mini oven that troubleshoot well) and be careful the washing machine is in a residence next door and for a fee (€4 laundry detergent)

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

Stunning villa in a beautiful setting. Francesco gave excellent directions & the peace & tranquility out in the Tuscan countryside was wonderful. We loved our stay at Andrea’s villa. I think it somehow looks even better than the photos online. She was so helpful with sending recommendations for private drivers, chefs, wineries etc. Truly, I’m so grateful for how responsive and helpful she was. My only request or comment is that the house had a very strong odor of like dust or just being closed off which was really off putting upon arrival. It was a little embarrassing when my guests arrived and I had to apologize for the smell. I wish the house would have been opened up prior to our arrival so the odor was not the first impression. The smell did go away after the second day of having the doors and windows opened. I would definitely stay again. The location is private and absolutely beautiful!

Lovely place and perfectly done, as advertised. Helpful owner and great local recommendations too. Very clean and neat. So wonderful to arrive and have a crib set up, and baby high chair as requested, etc. Had a perfect experience!

Here is the final version of the review: --- We had a wonderful stay! The property offers a breathtaking view of the sea that we enjoyed every day, especially at the fantastic sunsets. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, which really helped us relax. We also particularly liked the olive trees on the property, which gave the whole thing a special charm. The hosts were always available and very helpful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with fantastic amenities!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

If you are looking for authenric Tuscany experience this is it from the beautiful villa and the view to furnitue and other little details. It is secluded, paeceful and ful of character. You will love your stay here and Cesare is a great host.

A great place for a large group! Loved the outdoor space and view. A truly beautiful home. An overall great stay. Tentative manager. Pros: - Spacious house - Many rooms - Outdoor space - Games/kids supplies - Charging Adapters - Washer & Dryer - Many bathrooms Cons: - Not a self check-in. It was stressful coordinating with the manager while trying to travel and coordinate with our large group. - Hot tub wasn’t clear on how to heat and we would have loved to have it full and warm for arrival after a long travel day for us and the kids. - Downstairs bed was very firm. - We didn’t have enough dishwasher pods, toilet paper or paper towels for our group so we had to buy some. I feel that should be included.

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

The villa is beautifully designed, elegant, and well-equipped to meet every guest's needs. It features spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for families or couples. Everything in the villa is new, immaculate, and thoughtfully arranged. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, featuring a ground-level dining area and a rooftop patio with lounge chairs and breathtaking views. The location is convenient and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. It is a five-minute drive to the stunning beach and promenade of Lido di Camaiore. We went on day trips for sightseeing to Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Carrara, and San Gimignano, where we enjoyed wine tasting and a cooking class in the beautiful Tuscan hills. Massimo is a five-star PLUS superhost. He was passionate about providing recommendations for dining and day trips, which made our visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to stay again on my next trip to Tuscany.

We had a marvelous stay at Villa Sestuccia. The house is spacious, as are the grounds. Both are well maintained. There is ample room with different areas to relax indoors and outside. We communicated with Briggita who was quick to respond, always friendly and always helpful. We particularly liked the location which has easy access to many spots of interest and restaurants. We enjoyed collecting eggs in the morning for our breakfast - such a fun touch. We highly recommend Villa Sestuccia and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The stay was wonderful! The villa was amazing, the views, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We were so happy to be there. The rooms were new and clean. Every detail was taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. Without her, we'd be lost. Unfortunately, we often had private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. For me and my friends, this stay was unforgettable!

We had a lovely time at Giorgia place! The views were stunning and tranquil just what we all needed! The terraces were sunny at different times of the day . We had great fun using the Pizza Oven. Also the table tennis table was used a lot. We definitely needed a car and going some lovely Villages about 30 mins away Barga and on the back to Pisa Airport stopped off at Pietrasanta celebrating Art lovely shops and quirky shops etc . The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and loved the Lavattza coffee machine ! Would definitely recommend !

House, location: right by the sea, fantastic views, spectacular sunsets, large house with special architecture offers plenty of space and privacy, ideal for a large family. Various garden terrace areas. Everything very well maintained and well equipped. Camilla is a very warm and competent host. We will be happy to come back!

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. Beautiful house in the vines surrounded by sumptuous hillsides in an incredible postcard setting. Perfect for gatherings for families or with friends. The location is ideal to radiate between Siena, Florence and Chianti or resting while enjoying the pool. Elisa, always attentive, is very responsive and will respond almost without delay.

We had a wonderful week at Vincenzo's house. We were 2 families with children (5 total). The spaces in the house were perfect to accommodate everyone. The location, a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and 35 minutes from beautiful Lucca, turned out to be perfect. Away from the chaos, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Vincenzo is also a super host! Friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.
